The Booked-Out Business Blueprint – Terms of Use
By purchasing The Booked-Out Business Blueprint (hereinafter the “Program”), you, the purchaser (hereinafter “Client”) enter into an agreement with Cacao Wisdom, LLC ("Company") and agree to the following terms:
- Program Deliverables
The Program is a 9-module online business training. Company agrees to provide the content and resources as described on the Program checkout page, which includes:
- Step-by-step guidance on building a strategic, aligned business from your modality
- Training modules covering CEO Mindset, Business Structure, Niche Clarity, Offer Creation, Methodology Design, Market Research, Pricing, Magnetic Messaging, Lead Generation, and Sales Process
- Worksheets, templates, and exercises to implement the training
- Access to 3 group Q&A calls if purchased with the “Inner Circle”
Client understands that this Program does not include ongoing support, one-on-one coaching, or additional services outside of what is specifically outlined above. Should Client wish to obtain additional services, they may contact Company to discuss availability and rates.
- Disclaimer
Company’s Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into this agreement. Client understands that the Program is educational in nature and that Company’s obligations under this Agreement exist only while Client has access to the Program materials.
Company is not providing one-on-one services on behalf of Client unless expressly stated. The Program does not include legal, financial, or medical advice. Company is not engaged in the practice of law, accounting, therapy, or any licensed profession.
- Payment
In consideration for access to the Program, Client agrees to pay the fee listed on the checkout page in full. Access to the Program will not be granted until payment is received. Unless the Client opts in for the payment plan. Opting into the payment is a contract to commit to full payment of the amount owed.
- No Refunds
All sales are final. Company maintains a strict no-refund policy on this Program.
- 90-Day Credit Toward The School of Expansion
If Client enrolls in The School of Expansion within 90 days of purchasing The Booked-Out Business Blueprint, 100% of the Program payment will be applied as a credit toward The School of Expansion tuition.
- Cancellation
Client understands that Company does not allow cancellations of this Program once purchased.
- Intellectual Property
All Program materials including but not limited to videos, texts, worksheets, guides, templates, and graphics are owned by Company. Client’s participation does not transfer any intellectual property rights. Company grants Client a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Program materials for their own business only. Client may not reproduce, share, or create derivative works from Program content.
- Force Majeure
Company shall not be liable or responsible to Client for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or technical outages.
- Independent Contractor
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between Client and Company.
- Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Liability
Client releases Company from all liability for any damages or losses that may occur from use of the Program. Company is not responsible for business outcomes, financial results, or personal well-being as a result of participation.
- Warranty
The Program is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or results.
- Assignment
Client may not assign this Agreement without written consent from Company.
- Modification
Company may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Company’s website and will apply to all future purchases.
- Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Client’s participation in the Program.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the small claims courts of Atlanta, GA.
